MOTIVATIONAL STORY:
Melina worked long hours in the office, but her progress in her career seemed slow. One day, an older colleague pulled her aside and said, “I’ve been watching you. I know it feels like no one notices, sometimes you may feel that you are doing more work than others do but your work has made a difference. Keep going.”
Nina was overwhelmed by the simple recognition. She realized that progress isn’t always visible to everyone, but staying focused and working hard is what will eventually pay off. The unseen struggles are part of the journey.
